A 60-foot section crashed down around noon and 922 dispatchers received several calls that men were trapped in the rubble. Chesterfield County Fire Lieutenant Matt Coffin said that rescuers are going slowly due to the time it takes to stabilize a collapsed building. He said the search may take hours. Sound-sensitive equipment was brought in to detect movement within the building. It is unknown what caused the collapse at this time.
